NY STYLE PIZZA PIE

Bruno’s Pizza is full of flavor and flair. Our pizza incorporates our unique ingredients that kicks our pizza “up a notch”. 

Bruno’s house Made Crust:

It’s our Tradesecret. Our dough making porcess cannot be replicated, it is an artform that our family perfected. Bruno’s crust: our special flour blend, IPA, & a few other “tweaks”. The result, New York.

Bruno’s House Made Sauce:

Bruno’s RED Pizza is a tangy housemade sauce that is made fresh daily, our family’s Italian herb blend is what makes the sauce.  

Other House Made Sauces:

We also offer House made vodka sauce, flamin’ red sauce, Traditional Pesto, and for a taste of New Mexico, house made, fresh roasted Green Chile Pesto, or fresh roasted Red Chile Pesto (seasonal). All of our sauces are vegan, gluten free, and contain no animal products or fillers (vodka sauce contains dairy).

Our white pizza is Sicilian Olive oil, and the flamin’ white base-Sicilian EVOO infused with chile 

Toppings:

Bruno’s uses fresh, all natural ingredients; such as mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, ricotta, capers, artichoke, pepperoni, salami, Italian sausage among several other toppings

 

STROMBOLI

Stromboli was invented by Italian Immigrants. Bruno’s Stromboli starts with our  IPA infused Crust, and is filled with RED Sauce, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and up to three Fresh Toppings, then rolled into a Huge turnover. It is Topped with Sicilian EVOO, and more Parmigiano Reggiano, then Fired. It is Served with a Side of Bruno’s Famous RED Sauce, Vodka sauce, & Sicilian EVOO 

CALZONE

The Authentic Italian Street food that is Served in a few regions in Italy. Bruno’s Calzone begins with our IPA Infused Crust, and is filled with RED Sauce,  Mozzarella, Ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and up to three Fresh Toppings. The calzone is folded and the edges are crimped into a hand held Pie. It is Topped with Sicilian EVOO, Bruno’s RED Sauce, and Parmigiano Reggiano. It is Served with a Side of Bruno’s Famous RED Sauce, vodka sauce, and Sicilian EVOO

CANNOLI

Traditional cannoli: Fried cannoli shells, generously filled with sweet ricotta cream, topped with chocolate chips, and dusted with powdered sugar. 

Spirit infused cannoli: Fried cannoli shells, generously filled with spirit infused ricotta cream. flavers include: Limoncello, Tieramisu, caramal apple, fireball, caramel apple, nutella, and other seasonal flavors.
